ahaha... :) it's called "technology"???i mean if ur good at hand drawn manga then it's better but it's for those who aren't..

Tracing like this is good for learner's stuff.You better get your creativity start off working on your own while gradually depending less on photos (until you require zero dependency apart from needing references to how a particular stuff looks like, that is) though.
