Hi there. I'm asking on behalf of a friend;
May I ask why we need to pay extra Rm40 for each extra tag? Isn't Rm40 a bit too much? Is it Rm40 a day, or for each rent?
Because if tickets per day is Rm15 per day (and Rm25 pre-order or Rm30 on the spot for both days) doesn't seem worth it. It seems illogical to rent a booth only give 1 free pass cos you need more than one person to set up booth before event starts. As far as i know, previously there's 2 free passes per table. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Can someone please explain the rational behind this?
Or you could lower down price for extra passes. Thanks in advance...

**To cope with the massive increase in visitors, we have decided to upgrade the status of artist booth to full exhibitor. This means that artist booth staff will not require any tickets to enter the event. Instead, each booth will come with 1 Tag that will allow you to skip the queue and enter the hall through non-public entrances. Extra tags are available to be purchased, to a maximum of 3


Hope this answer your question. And we always only give 1 free pass per table. For the past years, vendors need to buy extra tickets for their helpers.

Eto...Can i change my neighbour booth to lost gospel? I look at "confirm & paid", as well as "book but not paid"..the group that i fill my register form they didt take part in CF this year...

1. RM40 is for both days :)
2. it gives u super easy access to the hall. (no need to line up with the ticket people)
3. u can use any entrance and exits to enter and exit hall.
4. u can use it as a ticket to the convention.
5. the reason we give only 1 tag to each booth is because there are also people who are alone for their booth.
6. for booth set ups you'll need a tag to enter the convention hall.

In the waiting list =( We have close to 200 booths this year, but even that amount fizzled out in merely a couple of days.

I'm not joking. We're still trying to cope up with all the orders that flooded in during the few days we opened the booth orders....

I received this booking email last night and i just payed today in the afternoon already as well as replied your email a few moments ago.

I just came on the forums and I am confused with the current situation right now.... what exactly happened?
I see myself on the waiting list but i did received a reply already

I received another email saying we're "still" on the waiting list... duno whats up with that now ^^;;

Allow me to explain--we miscalculated the amount of booth available and overshot, sending more confirmation letters than there are booths available atm.

A few booth owners were affected, and we sent the apology letter to apologize for our mistake for getting their hopes up. We then moved the affected owners to their actual place in the waiting list (the original apology email forgot to mention this).

We're trying badly to cope with the great amount of applicants in so short a time, and in our haste we cause this problem which we are greatly sorry for.

nope, i did not received the apology letter just so you know....
and like I said, I recieved the email on the booth booking confirmation. If you would like a screen shot i would so happily pm you about it.
And I already payed without checking the forum earlier on, I did not know this happened until i just came on tonight just to let you guys know that I already banked in.

Now what would you guys do? I would like to know, since i already payed without knowing such case had happened. Nobody emailed me regarding the mistakes of sending the booking confirmation...until now also

Suddenly had our hopes up and suddenly greatly disappointed, all in one day. I hope this doesn't happen again.
