3. start to make ur costumes, anything need to change must inform us in 4 days

4. costume done,pay another 50 % balance

5. pos out /COD (selected place)

The character is Heat from Digital Devil Saga.
Its the red head guy, his outfit is similiar to Serph, the white headed one just with one shorter sleeve.
