Hi

Need some help here..

Anyone tried before sending back the survey form questionnaire of a japanese album back to Japan from overseas? It is the little piece of paper inserted together in the album that have this アンケート word as title...

In case you dont know what it is...
It is actually a survey form used by the production company to know what the market wants...

Thus, I am wondering does it count if it comes from overseas or it is only inside of Japan...

For my case, it is written that everyone who send back the survey form postcard will receive a random limited edition pocket file and there is no charge for the shipping to you.

Is this applied only for people residing in Japan or includes overseas people who bought the album too?

Anyone tried sending in before? Please do share about your experience... >< thanks

P/s: They didn't provide a web/email for me to ask them about this.. The only information I have is their mailing address which is printed on the survey lol..

Haven't did one before in my life,

but for starters, since you can answer the survey, I assume you know a handful of Japanese?

Perhaps send the recording company an email to enquire them about this.

Them being Japanese, I believe they would reply you rather quickly.

Without that, you should still be able to find the record label.

For example, Michael Jackson was with Sony Music Entertainment for a moment.

That could easily be traced to Sony, and a customer service email shortly.

Spoiler

Telling us the band name would help too.

Maybe some other users here have heard of them, and knew how to contact them.

It is made by EXIT TUNES INC

The album is IN THE RAIN by Keeno.

They did provide a website which is here.

however, their customer contact is by phone only... >>> http://exittunes.com/company.html

should I just try my luck sending in without calling them? LOL

Lol, bad customer service ini...

I had expected an email by the least.

Making a call all the way to JP will be expensive,

so do it if... you are really sure about this.

Optionally, I found out that Pony Canyon is the parent to EXIT TUNES INC.

Pony Canyon has an email for contact, which can be found here.

Link here is the international site. I believe using the original JP site would be more accurate.

You could try to attention your email to EXIT TUNES,

and hopefully they'd either forward your email to EXIT TUNES,

or at least provide an email.

Good luck ;)
